Our regular season consists of weekly practice and mentoring sessions, along with matches scheduled on Saturdays. During practices, participants focus on honing their flag football skills and teamwork under the guidance of our certified coaches. These sessions provide opportunities for skill development, strategy discussions, and individualized feedback. On Saturdays, participants compete in multiple matches, putting their skills to the test in a competitive setting. During our 6-week summer training program, participants will practice their flag football skills and healthy habits during tournament games. Sessions will occur twice a week, lasting 2-3 hours, and include drills, games, fitness activities, and discussions on topics like nutrition and mental health. Certified coaches will guide the sessions to ensure a positive experience.
Open to all players aspiring to enhance their skills for the upcoming fall league or contribute to their high school team, our summer training is a platform for growth. Our overarching goal is to instill in every student-athlete the core values of being a positive team member, both on and off the field.
