The YALD Dance Club is an 11 week program (20 sessions), twice a week. This season YALD will be bringing high energy Hip Hop and Jazz classes to our community. There is no prior experience needed to join the club. Classes begin with a challenging warm up focused on technique, flexibility, and strength. YDC instructors aim to fuse current styles with traditional ones. We strive to teach the importance of having discipline, confidence, as well as classroom etiquette. YDC is also a place to grow creatively. Students are given the chance to create their own choreography throughout the season. This allows them to connect and become passionate about the movement. We are excited about this season. Our goal is to provide our youth with invaluable tools that they can take with them in their future endeavors while enjoying the art of Dance.
